Online Registration Form for New Students
The Focus Parent Portal is a tool designed to enhance communication and involvement for you in your child's education.
This portal will allow you to monitor your child's progress in school by providing timely access to both assignments and grades that are entered by the teacher throughout the grading period. This communication tool will improve your ability to assist your child and to communicate with the teacher if necessary.
In order to create a Parent Portal account online, you must have a valid email address. If you are unable to create an account, call your child's school for assistance.

Public Safety Exercise Planned at Malone School on July 23, 2025
Jackson County, FL – Jackson County Emergency Management will conduct a joint active shooter training exercise on the morning of Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at Malone School. This exercise is being coordinated in partnership with the Jackson County School Board, Jackson County Sheriff's Office, Jackson County Fire Rescue, and local volunteer and public safety organizations.
2025 District and School Grades for Jackson County School District
Superintendent Hunter Nolen and the Jackson County School Board are proud to announce a 29-point increase in the District’s scale score, earning a District Grade of B — the highest scale score in the District’s history!
