Parent Choice: Library Book Restriction

Each of our school libraries offers a wide range of books to support student learning and foster a love of reading.

We understand that families may have different preferences regarding the types of materials their child can access.

If you would like to adjust your child’s level of access to the school library, please complete the attached Library Book Access Form. This form allows you to set specific guidelines and take responsibility for the materials your child checks out during the school year.

What to do:

  1. Fill out all sections of the form.
  2. Indicate the start and end dates for your chosen access level.
  3. Return the completed form to the school office or your child’s teacher.
