2023 - 2024 Early Childhood Program Registration

 
 
ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR HEAD START, EARLY HEAD START, AND VPK BEGINS MONDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2023 AT 8:00 A.M.
 
*Head Start and Early Head Start are income. based programs. (You must qualify.)

** VPK is first come, first served (all applications will be dated and time-stamped, limited spots available).
 
Registration packets will be mailed out to be completed and interviews scheduled. You must complete the interview and return all documents to qualify for the program.
 
Items to be brought to interview:
  • Birth Certificate
  • Driver's License
  • Medicaid Card
  • All household income (last 4 pay stubs or tax record, SNAP, SSI, TANF, child support, etc.). You must provide proof.
  • VPK Certificate of Eligibility (4 yr. olds only). Apply at www.elcnwf.org
 
NO INTERVIEW WILL BE CONDUCTED WITHOUT REQUIRED PAPERWORK COMPLETED.
