POLICY OF NONDISCRIMINATION (Continuous)
The Jackson County School Board does not discriminate against any person on the basis of gender, age, race, religious creed, color, sexual orientation, marital status, lack of English language skills, national origin, disability or pregnancy in violation of applicable state or federal law in the educational programs or activities (including vocational) which it operates or in the employment of personnel and does not tolerate any such discrimination. The district provides equal access to its facilities to the Boy Scouts and other patriotic youth groups as required by the Boy Scouts of America Equal Access Act. Questions, requests for information or complaints alleging violation of this policy shall be made to the Equal Employment Officer (EEO).
