
FINGERPRINTING INFORMATION
Fingerprinting Procedures for LiveScan
1. Applicant is notified by JCSB that they will
need to be fingerprinted.
2. Applicant must pre-register prior to going to fingerprinting
location.
PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE NEEDING A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT!

3. Applicant can easily do this two ways:
a) The
applicant goes to our online scheduling website at
www.ibtfingerprint.com
to
submit their demographic
data and select method of payment. If the applicant
is going the
same day to get printed, they
will need to select
"Pay for Ink Card Submission" to bypass the
appointment scheduling
database.
OR
b) Please call 1-800-528-1358 to speak with an Appointment
Scheduling Representative
(ASR) so they can
capture demographic for the applicant and select form of payment.
Please make sure to tell
the ASR if you are needing to be printed on the same day.
If more
than 5 appointments need to be
scheduled, we request that the agency utilizes
our website at
www.ibtfingerprint.com
4. Please make sure the applicant arrives with any necessary
paperwork and their
photo ID. Please note:
a photo ID is required before any applicant can be
fingerprinted
(acceptable forms of
photo ID are either state or federally issued, i.e. drivers license,
state ID, passport, military ID,
or alien registration card with picture).
5. Once the applicant has been fingerprinted, the fingerprint
technician will transmit
the fingerprint
records electronically to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement
(FDLE). The
fingerprint technician also issues a signed receipt for the
fingerprinting
service to the applicant.
6. FDLE processes the background check for the state of Florida.
If applicable,
Florida Department of Law
Enforcement forwards the fingerprint record to the FBI
for federal
background check processing.
When the background check(s) is completed,
the results are returned to
the JCSB.
7. Once applicant has been pre-registered, LiveScan fingerprinting
is done at the
UPS Office,
4417 Constitution Lane (next door to Marianna Office Supply).
Hours of
operation are 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. An appointment is not
required.
The cost of fingerprinting is $57.25
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A PHOTO ID BADGE MADE!!!!
Applicant
may have their photo ID made either before or after their
fingerprinting.
Photo ID
badges are made at the Jackson County School Board District Office--
2903 Jefferson Street, Marianna
The receptionist in the lobby will direct applicant to the appropriate
person.
Once
applicant's fingerprints have been "cleared", they may pick up their badge
from the
School
Board Office.

ID BADGE MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON ANY JCSB CAMPUS.
